I had an issue with my shocks seeping, while my vehicle was still under warranty. I did not have a good experience with the assistant manager, but the Fleet Advisor, Wayne Thomas spoke with the head manager and they were able to replace both shocks. I appreciated Wayne advocating for me and my vehicle. My buying experience at Garnet Ford was smooth and I feel confident that should I have any issues in the future, they will be addressed and rectified without hesitation.
The experience at Ford is always top notch. The service department always runs smoothly, is on time and helps my day run smoothy by making sure a loaner car is available for me so that I can continue on my day with hardly any inconvenience!
