Mason was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. As someone who likes reassurance and all questions answered, Mason was great at communicating updates and sharing what info I needed. The process of a trade-in was made simple and Ziegler was accommodating of what we needed until our vehicle was cleaned and ready. I got into my first accident and had to buy my first car. It had been a super stressful time, however, Mason and his team made this process SO easy!
