Bought a new 2023 F150 2 weeks. Our sales guy Mike was laid back and easy to speak with. If he did not know the answer to my question, he found out quickly. They put a lot of effort into getting me a deal I was satisfied with. The only complaint I would have is their detail guys are not up to par. Mike offered to have them redo it, but I told him not worry about it. Overall, it was a good experience

We had a busted hose coming through Atlanta pulling our RV... horrible traffic and limped into ALM FORD. It was a GOD thing that we were only 1 exit from AL. The service manager and mechanic were at the front ( seeing what was probably a look of despair on my husband's face) asked how they could help him. He told them about the issue, and they immediately came out and looked under the hood!! WOW! They had a courier go get the part while another mechanic took the busted hose off and installed the new one as soon as it came. Please know we were 3 hours from home, pulling an RV with a diesel engine truck that was crawling in I75 traffic to get to ALM. They had us back on the road in about an hour and a half!! They didn't rip us off, and we were at their mercy! We are praising GOD for these wonderful, kind and understanding individuals. ALM FORD is very lucky to have such an awesome crew! Salespersonnel were do sweet, offering the sitting area, water and asked if we needed anything. We are forever grateful! We are so sorry that we did not get the names of everyone who helped us. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all at ALM! The Halls!

We were traveling back home when our truck broke down. We were towed to AutoNation Ford. It was a Sunday, and the service dept was closed. The salespeople here were very friendly. They offered us a cool place to sit while trying to figure out where to stay. Once we found a place for the night, a lovely, sweet lady named Lakia offered to take us to the motel!! We were very grateful for her!! They fixed the truck the next day, and then we were on our way back home!! Very pleasant experience!!
