2026 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Premium

I’d been looking for a fairly specific set of features on a used F150 and they had it! I called ahead to ensure they had the truck I wanted to test drive and Kevin Williams was ready with it when I got there! Process was speedy. Kevin was attentive and kept checking in throughout the process to ensure I was happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Ok so I just want to share the awesome experience I had with Marcus Brown, Shawn Reid, and Kevin Williams. I had gone to Briarwood Ford to test drive a 2023 Mach E GT because I was trying to decide whether to buy a new or used one. I was also debating whether to purchase a Model Y instead. Well after Marcus took me for a test drive and Shawn showed me all the discounts that they were offering I was pretty convinced that I wanted a new one. However, I really wanted a blue one which they didn't have in stock but they were able to do a dealer swap for one. Oh and they bought out my current car for what I owed on it which was really great. Then they were were able to do all the secretary of state stuff in house which was super convenient. Finally, Kevin, their IT manager, sat down with me for like a hour inside the car answering all my questions and giving me all the tips and tricks on how to get the most from my new car. Overall it was just an amazing experience and probably the best one I've ever had buying a new car. Oh and the car itself is incredible. The styling it really cool and the performance is mind blowing!

I was hesitant in purchasing a new car due to past car buying experiences. Kevin put me at ease immediately and really listened to me and followed up with me as I had requested. He took his time showing me the features of the Escape and how they match up to my career of being a road warrior. I recommend Briarwood Ford over other Ford Dealers in Wastenaw County due to their kindness and attention to me.
