Me and my wife had an awesome experience with Jim Shorkey Ford. We were in the market for a new truck and Steve Mackoff was our sales person that helped us have this awesome experience. He was upfront with everything, which most places aren't unfortunately. He helped us better our chances with getting approved, along with showing our truck to us on the lift, which was very nice. They also went over the truck mechanically and made sure that everything was perfect. We basically got a new truck even though it was 2016. They also detailed it inside and out and I thank Bubbles for that. We also got a nice care package that will take care of any blemishes or discoloration to the paint and plastics along with protection on the inside from rips to stains. Overall an awesome experience and I thank Jim himself for having a great team. Thank you again Steve Mackoff for helping me and wife out with our new truck.
