Had to have inspection done. Needed to cancel the day before and reschedule. Was absolutely no problem. Emailed my insurance and registration cards. Was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude when picking up vehicle. Was made aware that they charge for using a credit card (explained why) and given the option to use a debit card. The employee thanked me and I was on my way. Quick, courteous service. Perfect.

Custom Renovations PAin the last week

We had Wonderful Experience getting our 2019 Ford Expedition inspected . Very informative and helpful will be back for service in the future. We had some additional issues happen with our Vehicle that needed severe attention Calvin and Fran we spoke with are very attentive and communicate accordingly on what needed to be done. Would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for quality services.

Chris, service manager, called me in reference to below frustration and I am happy with the conversation we had. Still frustrated about what happened, but happy Chris reached out in timely manner listened to my concerns and assured they cared about customer service. Had an issue with my truck on April 3rd and 4th 2024. I call to have the issue checked by ford. Earliest appointment was April 16th at 9am. Brought the truck in at 9am to be checked and was told the a specific technician had to look at my truck and it might be tomorrow till he can look at it. If that is the case, why an appointment? It was explained to the service representative that I need the truck so I can stay employed and if I could be without transportation I would have dropped it off on April 4th to be looked at whenever someone got around to it. But I got an appointment so it could be looked without having to wait till they got around to it. I.E. an appointment. I was prepared if after the check of my truck today at my appointment that if they had to order parts or make repairs that i would have to make further arrangements. The representative seemed to not understand my frustration that I made the appointment for a reason. To be fair ford headquarter could not understand my frustration either that I made a appointment for a reason. It must be a ford thing. The sale department is very good. The mobile service that is offered is very good. Can not say that about service department if you have an appointment to have vehicle looked at. I had to cancel the appointment because I set aside today for the appointment. Was asked it I wanted to reschedule for a better time? This just added to the frustration of making an appointment to have it looked at today.

Suggested for you
