I ordered a vehicle from factory from Kutztown Haldeman due to the color and options i wanted. Everything went smooth and easy. After obtaining an allocation. I waited approximately 2 to 3 months before the start of the build. The build process and shipping took about 2 1/2 months. I kept informed the entire process, and was given a Vin number to Track my vehicle. Pricing was done via email due to my work schedule. Scott help me on the day of delivery with finalizing the paperwork, I purchased a 10 year warranty and service plan. I was in and out within an hour.
