The date I picked up my vehicle was designed to reduce the time needed to finalize everything including financing. Overall it was a good experience for me. Purchasing a vehicle is always a stressful process however The Sales and Finance team at Bill Colwell Ford made this a smooth transaction. I purchased a 2021 Ford F150 Limited. Braden, my sales contact, was very responsive to my texts and emails throughout the purchasing process. I purchased this truck remotely after seeing it online, not seeing in person nor test driving as I lived 500 miles away. Braden made sure I knew ???? what I was buying with a video walk around and assuring me that their 100+ point inspection was completed. Braden arranged transportation from the dealership to my door step, there were a few hiccups with the specific transportation contractor used but it ultimately made it back to Indiana safely.
