Unfortunately, a part in my transmission had to be replaced. And unfortunately, the part was backordered from Ford. But the folks at auto Gallery made the experience relatively painless. They gave me a loaner to use, stayed in contact even when there was nothing new to report, and got my car finished as quickly as they could. They made what could have been a terrible experience as easy as possible for me. I’m grateful.
