I have been doing research on a Ford Bronco for a while, I also started doing research on Ford dealerships & Sales Consultant on different locations. After reading and viewing many reviews on Google as well as in yelp this dealership and Nick Ristich in my opinion were the most whom stand out the most. Nick R is highly rated on his reviews, I took a chance and before going in to the Dealership I gave Nick R a call, I got his number from a google review. Nick answered very politely I introduced myself told Nick was I was looking for, I asked if I could come in later during the day for a review and consultation and he made himself available. Upon arrival Nick greeted Me as he knew me and immediately treated me as friend. He had already done a few research based on the information I had provided prior and gave me a few options. I had told Nick when I got there that there was a Green Bronco by the front door that I really liked. Unfortunately it wouldn’t work with my financial situation. But base in my qualifications I opted for a blue one that meet my financial needs and I was determined already to get the Bronco mainly because of health reasons as well. After doing more research Nick asked me to wait for a few more minutes, he pulled some strings negotiated with the financial staffing and managers, came back to me and said “I’m going to take care of you” I got you the Green Bronco for a almost what your financial situation allows” Obviously I said yes !! Highly recommend Nick as your sales Consultant. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you Nick for your help and professionalism.
I've been looking into purchasing a Bronco and decided to go to Napleton Ford of Oak Law. Stephanie was the sales consultant who assisted me and walked me through the entire process. From the time that I stepped foot on the lot, Stephanie was very helpful and professional. One thing that I dislike about most dealerships is that the associates are aggressive and seem to care more about making that sale. Well, Stephanie was the total opposite. She took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions! Not only was Stephanie incredibly amazing, but so was the entire staff. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, make sure you ask for Stephanie. She will make sure you leave happy with your purchase!
I bought my truck from this dealership. I went through some rough patches, but we eventually got the deal done. Fast forward to now this is the third time I have had my truck service their. The truck has a recall to replace the windshield and I have been trying to get this taken care of since I bought my truck. The second time I took my truck in fir an oil change and to get the windshield recall taken care of they kept my truck for a couple of days and when I called to check on the progress I was told nothing had been done because they were waiting on an outside provider to take care of the windshield. Now let's talk about this time. I called myself being proactive and call first. I called spent roughly 5 minutes on hold no one picked up so the next time the option to leave a message came up, I let one. I left a detailed message about the recall and oil change and asked if someone would give me a call back. It's been 4 days no one ever called me back and now the warning light and app is telling me my oil is at 5 percent. In closing they are very capable of taking care of the quick service but needs work on follow through. I wish there was a general line to call to take care of recalls because this dealership is dropping the ball.
