I came in to look at and test drive a used pickup and to be honest the first sales associate I worked with and I weren’t on the same wavelength. However, I requested to talk with someone else and got Steve Chrisinger. From there on out everything went smooth. When I happened to point out a couple very minor scratches, to my surprise they offer free touch ups with your purchase of a used vehicle (of course, depending on the severity of the scratch). That process went great. The price we worked at was fair and the final paperwork was painless. So despite a bit of a rough start, they made up for it. So I’m giving them 5 stars. When you go there ask for Steve.
