Justin Trudel, the sales associate, first connected with me 6 months ago. He tried his best but I wasn’t ready or a deal. Even then he was the best priced proposal. 6 months later he not only gave me the best deal but also offered many options to sweeten the deal. He patiently waited for my decision. He was courteous, professional and gave his best shot. Next day we had a flat tire unfortunately. Ford roadside was very slow in responding, but Justin came to my house with his service person, replaced the tire, fixed the flat and installed in one hour of my call. Of course we bought tire and wheel protection, so that was a huge relief. I have never had a purchase experience as good at this in 30 years and 12 vehicles I’ve owned. I highly recommend the Skalnek Ford and Justin.
