He straight talked me from the very beginning and was forthcoming with all that was happening with my car repairs. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my many questions. I love my 2002 Ford Ranger Truck. I originally purchased it at Suntrup and it is still running strong! I had a wonderful experience in working with my service advisor Mike M. Mike kept me very well informed during the entire service experience. Mike was also very patient with my many questions. It’s easy to see that Mike is a busy guy that really loves his job.
