I had a remarkable experience with my service writer, Matt. I must say, he truly exceeded my expectations by going the extra mile. He even took the initiative to contact me on his personal cell phone after he was off from work, just to keep me informed about the progress of my vehicle. What's more, he didn't neglect to keep us updated on my girlfriend's car, which was also being serviced at the same time. In my opinion, this level of customer service is exceptional and not something you would typically encounter at a car dealership.
