2026 Ford Maverick XLT FWD

I am a disabled veteran and while staying at the Residence Inn at Stone Oak my two taillights were stolen. I went to Jordan Ford, pulled into the service bay and this man came out of nowhere opened my hood and started filling my windshield wiper fluid reservoir. I’ve never experienced that type of service before. I asked one of the other employees was that normal and he said yes. I was shocked. That man didn’t even know why I was there and he was already taking care of my truck. I met with Rene Contreras a service advisor and explained what had happened and he immediately got started working on getting my information. I explained that I was on a fishing trip to Galveston and that i needed a loaner vehicle to continue my trip. In no time Pam from rentals came out, gathered my information and brought me a 2024 Ford Explorer while Rene was getting my service contract written. The very next day I was contacted that my truck was already fixed and I could pick it up. Unfortunately I was already in Galveston and told them I would be back Saturday to pick it up. From start to finish, the service team had taken good care of my problem. I was well taken care of at Jordan Ford. I definitely recommend them for all your service needs.

Ray was extremely helpful working out my trade ahead of test driving. Once we got there, they did an inspection of my trade and gave a very reasonable price. The deal was straight forward, no games. This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in over 20 years.

Ford had sent me a recall notice, and when I talked to the service manager about it, he mentioned that they could repair the recall at my home with a “home service” option, specific to recalls, that they have. On Friday, a young man named Damien, showed up on time, was very professional, very knowledgeable and was able to do the recall repair in under 30 minutes. I am grateful that Jordan Ford offers this service in some cases. I love the convenience.
