Great experience at Madison Ford! I just purchased a new-to-me F-150 Hybrid and Billy Jones patiently answered all of my questions about this engine. He was so enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. This is my 2nd time purchasing from this dealership; 25 years ago I bought my first F-150 from them as well! Even though they are a bit of a drive for me, I plan to come back for vehicle service as I was so pleased with how friendly everyone was. Small dealership that really takes the time to make you feel special.

Purchased a car from Madison Ford and I cannot say enough about the customer service. If you ever go there, ask for Billy Jones. He is by far the best. His communication, kindness and just be helpful was beyond expected. Great people and great place.
