10/10! Tim was amazing! We started out talking over text and he was so easy to talk to and helpful. He didn’t send me 100 texts like so many other car salesmen were. He was attentive and confident without being pushy and overwhelming. He was super accommodating when trying to figure out a time for me to come to the dealership. I went in with my two year old daughter to see an Explorer, and fell in love with the car. I didn’t plan on buying that day but Tim made me feel so comfortable that I decided to purchase it while we were there. He didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me. He knew exactly what I wanted and that’s what I got! Throughout the whole paperwork process, Tim played with my two year old daughter so I could get everything done. He played toys with her, let her follow him around, he even let her pretend to drive some cars and offered to feed her pizza! She had SO much fun! She kept asking to play with him when we got home! Even after the purchase was complete and I had the car, Tim was still always available for any questions that I had! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!! I went to EVERY car dealership in the area, and Ford of Greenfield is the ONLY one I would feel comfortable sending my friends or family to. Go see Tim!!!!!!!
