I took my Ford Edge in for service and was well taken care of. I knew what to expect for the requested services and repairs and informed along the way as things changed. The service advisor was very responsive and kept me well informed. She took good care of me through the whole process.

From start to finish Tach and Ivan my sales reps made me feel confident they were going to make sure I was going home with a vehicle. Both stayed late to make sure I found exactly what I wanted and needed for my daughter and I. The Bronco sport I was interested in upon showing up was stuck behind some vehicles with dead batteries in the back lot. They had planned to do a courtesy delivery to my home which I was excited about. However, they went past business hours to pull out the vehicles to get me the Bronco sport to take home the night of!!!! They detailed it and filled up the tank!
