This was one of our best car buying experiences EVER! Our salesman was Bailey and he was great. He was so patient and had such a good attitude the whole time. He kept telling us he would get everything completed as quickly as possible and he did! Then we went into do the financing with Tony - another great guy with great personality. Took my ‘13 Sonic in for repairs for an overheat issue and to replace the cat. 6G later and it’s still overheating. Took it back and Trevor said there was even more issues totaling 7G. I said it was time for a new car. Trae, Noah and everyone was absolutely amazing. They kept me calm as I was really nervous and I ended up getting a ‘25 Trax. I have never been able to buy a new car in the past let alone NOT have a co-signer. Today I was able to do both.
