We were visiting Key West when the airbag warning light lit up on our 2012 Jeep Wrangler dash. So I scheduled an appointment with Keys Auto Center South's Service Department. Our Service Advisor, Regina, took care of us and our Jeep. She offered the Courtesy Shuttle to drive us anywhere we wanted to go instead of waiting. Later that day, Regina informed me that the warning light was due to a failed clockspring, and that it was covered under an extended warranty. She checked to see if they had a new clockspring available and they did. So they kept our Jeep overnight to work on it first thing in the morning. The next morning, Regina called me as I was having my morning coffee. She informed me that the work was complete and our Jeep was ready for pickup! Regina and her team are amazing and I highly recommend them for any of your vehicle maintenance or repairs!
I recently had an awesome experience with Keys Auto South. I purchased a used corolla from them a little over a year ago following the loss of my previous vehicle to Hurricane Ian, selected in part because I liked the color blue! At the time of the purchase I was offered an extended warranty plan for purchase and after some consideration I took the leap and offered the few hundred dollars towards a better sense of security in the purchase of a used vehicle. The new models of course come with their own guarantees but they didn't come in blue! Well around a year later I needed to put the warranty to good use. After driving on some "bumpy roads" to and from work everyday, the power steering and undercarriage areas (whatever technical terms for parts as I don't know the first thing about cars, remember I selected this one because it's blue!), needed some work done on them. I was informed after they'd had the car checked out that this work would total close to $5,000... after a momentary pause thinking, "well shucks, that sucks," Julie Brenneman, my service consultant let me know that it was all covered by the warranty. It took a couple weeks to get all the parts in and installed but Keys Auto had set me up with a loaner vehicle for the duration. Truly a pleasure to purchase the car from Edgar Perez, have the car evaluated and repaired by the professionals in their Service Department, and drive off the lot today with the peace of mind that if I need anything in the future, Keys Auto South has me covered!
The sales department is extremely good at what they do. Sales manager, Erick, went above and beyond to deal honestly and fairly through the sales process. Great team and experience at Keys Auto Center is Key West. So glad I stayed local.
