Extremely welcoming! I checked in quickly and they tested my battery right away. When they found out it needed more than a quick check I went to my salesman(from nearly a year ago) and he gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait the 2 hours. The moment I walked in until the moment I picked up my car, I had nothing but a pleasant experience!
Had an issue with our 2500 Diesel on the way back from Florida to NE GA and the service team diagnosed and repaired the problem. They provided a rental for us to get home while they had to wait on a part, and even had the vehicle delivered to us 5 hours away. Shout out to the service manager Mr. Carter, for making it all happen and providing excellent customer service. Great job!
