I was pleased with the repairs and the customer service. My only suggestion is ….when I used to work for a GM dealership in Monrovia, after all repairs we would give the vehicle a wash and vacuum before returning it to the customer. I was expecting that level of service and was disappointed when it wasn’t. It’s a pretty simple gesture to let that customer know that you value them and that you have taken good care of their vehicle. Repairs and parts are not cheap and the details matter. Overall, I am pleased with the service and I will continue to have Thorson maintain my vehicle Thank you.

Jeff was extremely professional and efficient with time. He knew I had to get home for a softball game and made the most of the little time we had. He was extremely knowledgeable and although professional, added personality to the experience.
