2026 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

After weeks of searching for a new GMC Sierra EV and speaking with a handful of local dealerships in Northern VA regarding the possibility of locating the specific trim level I was interested in with very little luck I came across two dealerships. After speaking with both dealerships something stood out to me about Charles Boyd GMC in Henderson, NC. I have purchased around 25 vehicles in my lifetime from multiple manufactures to include Porsche, Audi, and BMW. None of them came close to the experience I had at Charles Boyd GMC. From the very first conversation with Mr. Orr, to the many follow conversations with Mr. Orr and Thomas, it was evident that these two individuals had nothing but the best of intentions to ensure that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with every aspect of the purchase process. Upon arriving in North Caroline after making the 4-hour drive from Northern VA, I was greeted with an open door, smiles, and courtesy almost unheard of in today’s world. The vehicle was spotless inside and out, and ready for a through walkthrough and tested drive. My sales person, Thomas was able to answer every question I had in detail. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Boyd who personally stop his vehicle and got out of his car in the cold to walk over and greet me and say thank you for choosing his dealership. The purchase process itself took about 90 minutes from arrival to signed and on my way back to Northern VA. Now, here’s the icing on the cake… How many sales people would get in their car and drive over to the restaurant you mentioned eating at before heading home to bring you a hat??? None, but Thomas did. I even received a text message from him later that evening to make sure I had arrived home safely. I could on, but I think the massage is pretty clear. Top notch dealership, and more importantly, amazing human beings. I’m honored and blessed to have had the privilege to meet these individuals, and will certainly only be purchasing my GMC and Chevy products from Charles Boyd in Henderson, NC.

I really enjoyed my purchasing experience at Charles Boyd Chevrolet. From my first contact with Sales Consultant Chris Jones to discussing purchase details with Bobby Orr I could not have been treated better. Everyone did their best to make my experience a good one. I had a one-way car rental from Asheville, NC to Henderson NC. Jay from the dealership picked me up at the rent-a-car office and took me to the dealership. He was a very nice man. Chris took me through the details of my 2026 ERay. It was obvious that he wanted to help me any way possible. Charles Boyd the dealership owner came to speak with me as did his son Brian. Turns out, that Brian orders the Corvettes and he and I have very similar taste. I had "built" an ERay on GM's configurator, it was a near perfect match to the one I bought. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used car. I appreciate the folks at Charles Boyd Chevrolet-GMC.
