I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department at Chevy. Caydin and the service team were exceptional — extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. The level of care, attention to detail, and effort they put into addressing my concerns was truly impressive. Their professionalism, pride in their work and knowledge absolutely stood out and made a stressful situation far easier to navigate, knowing I was in such capable hands. I’m genuinely grateful to Caydin, the mechanic (whose name I unfortunately missed), and the entire Service Department.
