Excellent dealership to work with. Personnel were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Josh was an excellent sales person to deal with. Their service department is excellent, especially Shane. Trent, the sales manager is easy to work with and gave us a great deal on our GMC Terrain. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Wheeler's. We will buy from them again and I will be recommending them to others looking for a new vehicle. Overall, a great dealership

I purchased a used Yukon from this dealership from out of state (Michigan) and could not speak highly enough about the experience I had. Nick Gelly was my salesman and he is top notch. Being from out of state and wanting to make sure that the travel to get the car was worth it, I asked a lot of questions over time and inquired about getting additional video and pictures to see as many details as possible. Nick was extremely responsive and patient and did what he could to reassure me that the car condition was as advertised. He never made me feel that I was being a bother and understood my need for information to make an informed decision. Nick was also not pushy nor did he try to put any pressure on me to make a decision. I did my research and comparisons over a wide area and found their pricing to be very fair/reasonable for the vehicle (I even verified this through a friend who works for another dealership.who was able to pull the auction sheet that it was purchased through). The cars condition was second to none for the year and miles as well. Once I committed to purchasing, Nick made the process very smooth and easy. He immediately took the vehicle off the lot and reassured me it was mine and we will be taken care of. He worked quickly to process the paperwork across states and went above and beyond to assist me with picking up the vehicle. He traveled over 2.5 hours to pick me up right at the airport gate! This is an example of going above and beyond expectations to provide quality customer service. When I walked out of the airport the car was ready for me to drive home and the condition was as promised. I signed the papers and was on my way home (after playing with all the features of the car before leaving of course). My wife and kids were very happy when I pulled into the driveway! I would highly recommend Wheelers to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and especially from Nick. They offer quality vehicles, great pricing and great customer service! Even though they are about 4.5 hours away from my home, I plan to check their inventory and reach out to Nick when in the market to buy another vehicle in the future.
