Excellent service front to back! We had the water pump fail on our Jeep. We are not from the area and it was late on a Friday evening. The towing company mentioned Diamond Buick GMC might be a good option as they had good reviews and were open on Saturday. We had the vehicle delivered to the parking lot and I dropped my keys into the dropbox. (Big shout out to Dan's Diesel for the tow!) We stayed the night at the Holiday Inn nearby. I called at 8:00 AM on Saturday and talked to Jack. He said that they were all booked up but should at least be able to diagnose the problem. He called a couple hours later and said that it was indeed the water pump and they were trying to see if they could source the part locally. He gave me all the pricing up front. Jack was very nice and apologized and said if they could not get the part, they would set us up with a loaner so we could be on our way. He called back another hour later and said they found the part and could have us on the road soon. Jack picked me up at the hotel and brought me to the dealership at noon. The vehicle was right out front ready to go. I was very impressed with this experience! We are so often bombarded with negativity regarding auto repairs. This was a bill I was happy to pay. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Well done Diamond Buick GMC!

I showed up a little early they got my truck right in serviced in a timely matter. Was able to meet up with my sales person to go over a couple of questions I had. Great service!!
