2027 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

Went in thinking I was gonna walk away upset again! I couldn’t wait to get rid of my 2019 Durango (she was just the wrong color I needed white or black) We were checking out cars when John Lasala came up and was like what’s sup guys! Let me tell you he is the best sales guy ever not pushy not annoying! This was the best experience we have had in a long time! And I’m happily in a 2020 GMC Terrain black out addition! Before I opened the car door, the service rep was there to greet me. Did not have to wait long for maintenance. Always amicable with all employees and management. I always recommend Barlow to future car buyers

we had bought a new car two years ago and the transaction went very well, my wife loved her car. last week my wife was hit and the car rolled on it's side. the safety package SAVED HER LIFE. Barlow heard of this when we came about another car and the staff went way above service to find a new car my wife would feel safe in...and they did in just two days. my only regret is l can only give five stars as that is not enough. my wife was treated like a queen and the car is perfect. thank-you Steve and the Barlow family for all you have done for us.
