2026 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

Buick service staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly, as were the drivers that shuttled me to and from home during my 2 hour service appointment. The work was completed in the time promised and the final bill was the same ( less actually) than the original written estimate. I am very satisfied.

Arrival, greeting and service area great. Waiting area not so great. Everyone wanted to read. Fox news was blaring and very distracting. I asked if anyone would mind if I asked for the tv to be turned off. Receptionist turned ice cold but did do it. Called "Fox" when my car was done, still cold and dismissive and blasted the tv as I turned to go. Soothing music would be a better choice for a waiting area. I'll be going somewhere else next time.

I was very pleased with Michelle Chonko the service rep that took care of my needs. I had to order a thermostat for my vehicle and she kept in contact with me and informed me what was going on. I have delt with her before and glad they have someone that is top notch!
