When I pulled into the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Tobias, asked what was wrong with my car, taken on a quick test drive so it could be heard and accessed first hand. My car was analyzed within about an hour and half. After picking up my rental car, I came back was given a diagnosis, I ok'ed the work and before end of business on that day Tobias called me by 330pm and reported that my car was available for pick up. I have never been so delighted. I'll be back if I have to have service done to my car again.

He could not have been any sweeter or any nicer, but he was also extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
