JASPREET was our point of contact and was super duper professional in not only helping us get a fantastic car but also guided us the various pros and cons of the cars and on which car to put the money ! I had a few hiccups in my initial buy but it was as smooth as a butter to get it exchanged in no time( it was a real smooth process to also try to get it serviced. JASPREET travelled all the way from Langley to Burnaby to pick up and drop the car ) and now the exchanged car that I have is excellent ! Took my little Brother to purchase his first car from a dealership. I AM SO GLAD WE FOUND DRIVE SMART AUTO! Family owned, No high pressure sales. We all got Google, Car Guru, and CarFax and don't have time for games. Vehicles are what they are. Nobody wants their time wasted. Really enjoyed the buying process here. I will be back and will send family.
