Edit- I was having difficulty communicating with my salesperson after finding a missing engine cover on my new truck.. At first she responded after I tried contacting a few times.. Every question took days to get a response, then nothing. I received a call/message from Tyler who also helped during the sale. He informed me Jen had left the company and offered to help if needed. Not sure about the missing engine cover, and If Jens response was correct, GM just didn’t install. I made sure to complain to GM about this issue and the fact a brand new Truck needs a new intermediate steering shaft after 100 miles of owning it. I spend a lot of time in the mountains, where pack rats like to crawl around the engines looking for wires to chew. This truck without the cover is a nice warm spot to rest, with lots of snacks available for MR rat. I’ll eat the $80 and buy my own engine cover. A pack rat would cost me a lot more than $80 having access to the top of this engine. Still like the truck overall, but waiting on this intermediate steering shaft because it’s a very common problem and the parts on back order is a little upsetting.. That said, thats on GM engineers and Quality Control. -
I had been thinking about buying a new midsize pickup, and using the GMC website “view local inventory” link, was looking at the available models available in my local area. Lithia in Helena had a few models I was interested in, one in particular was exactly what I was looking for. So on a Sunday my wife and I drove the 90miles to take a look, drive, and see what type of deal we could make. I emailed the dealer on Saturday and they responded within the hour. We made an appointment for the next day. Very quick, and easy. We arrived a little early, and was introduced to Jen, who helped us from there. We test drove the rig I was most interested in, looked/compared a few, and I was driving my new truck home about 2- 2 1/2 hours after arriving. No complaints! Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. One aspect I usually dread is the finance manager, who USUALLY really pushes for those extras.. Past experiences at different dealers (Lithia dodge in Great falls) have been terrible. They push so hard to the point they’re being rude, and frankly, really upset me in the past. “No, means no” They just didn’t like that answer.. This was NOT my experience at this Lithia/GMC dealership. Tyler and Jen discussed the options, the benefits of each, and accepted my answers without pushback. Exactly how it should be done! I was happy with the overall deal, and was impressed by the professionalism of both Jen and Tyler. It was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend to others.

I just purchased a brand new Chevy Trax and Tyler was the man to get it done!! The best service I've ever received when buying a new vehicle! Tyler really went above and beyond to make everything work out for my family with the most kindness and respect! He was extremely understanding, helpful and compassionate with his service!! If you are looking for a down to earth and easy going buying experience this is it! Well worth the trip from Great Falls!! I highly recommend shopping here as this is my go to for here on out! 10 out 5 star if I could rate it that way! Thank you once again!!!!!!

Usually, when you go to a dealership you expect to spend hours on end there Before driving off with your vehicle. Granted I was there for five hours, but it really did not seem like it was. Jennifer made my experience there so much better. When it comes time for my lease to be up, I will definitely go back to Lithia and will definitely work with Jennifer again.
