Our initial communication with Henry was a response from his website then texts and emails We feel he was very fair in both discounting the vehicle on his lot we had interest in and our trade This isn’t our first rodeo in buying vehicles and we do our homework. Many times we know more about the vehicle than the salesperson in our experience. No pressure sales the deal we worked out via emails/texts was uneventful. This is our sixth truck purchase in 39 years not including the cars we have bought 100% best experience buying this truck from Henry at Ramsey GMC in Chestertown, MD the deal was set. All we had to do was drive four hours from PA to finalize the deal in writing. Super simple and absolutely no hassle deal. Henry is super nice and a non stuffy attitude/demeanor and he knows his stuff and many staff members have been there over 30 years so to us that says something more than just buying / selling vehicles. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to go back to Henry in the future
