2027 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

I contacted the Lambert Motors dealership because I had some trouble with my 2021 GMC Sierra while driving cross-country on I-40. Mr. Lambert was able to make a short-notice service appointment to evaluate the problem. This was significant as I had stopped in nearby Russellville with a truck that was not road-worthy. Service appointments being backed up as they were, the dealership in Russellville would not even look at the truck for a week. Mr. Lambert got me in right away in and one of the service techs, Robert Cole, got the truck on a lift and evaluated the problem. It was determined that the truck had a serious transmission problem and that I should not continue with the cross-country drive. It's a good thing that I stopped here when I did. Had it not been for the excellent customer service that I received at Lambert Motors, I probably would have tried to continue the trip. That would have been a very bad decision. The staff that I met at this dealership were all very helpful, courteous and treated me like an important customer. I would not hesitate to do more business with this dealership. Thank you, John W.

I just purchased a 2023 GMC AT4X from this dealership and they gave me a great deal. The deal was good enough for me to drive 400 miles to pick up the truck. They also gave me a really fair price for my trade in! They don’t charge for a bunch of bogus add ons you don’t need or want, and no fees period! If your looking to buy a new or used vehicle these folks are as good as it gets in the car business, I highly recommend this dealership.
