This place is definitely a breath of fresh air! Never thought I’d ever feel this way walking out of a dealership after buying a vehicle. This is a family owned business. Just talk to their employees. They don’t ever want to leave. Amy was our super hero. She assisted us through our purchase process. She even had a drawer full of brand new Matchbox cars for our 3 year old grandson to pick from. Yes…. We bought our truck with our grandson along for the ride. That’s how easy this experience was. Thank you to the whole staff. Amy and Mathew made us feel like we were being helped by humans. I don’t care if I’m stranded on the moon. The one thing that’s going to guarantee my safe return to earth is the fact that I MUST return to Roe motors. #1: I promised #2: it’s hard to find someone you can trust to make sure you get a fair deal when buying a car. I came to Roe motors under very unfortunate circumstances with my vehicle, and left in a better state than I’d arrived where every other offer I’d received was at a pretty big loss financially. It’s too big of an impact on your life to purchase a vehicle from someone you don’t trust. These guys are great. And I love my new car.
