2026 GMC Terrain Elevation AWD

I called a Saturday morning to see if they had room for an oil change that day. The guy was so nice. He said come on in you may have to wait just a little while. I get there not only did they accommodate me but they pointed out that me inspection was also due. He said we can take of that right now for you. Can you believe it not only an oil change but inspection also done. On a Saturday pm with just a question if you can do an oil change. Customer service outstanding!!

I want to start off by saying I dislike going to take my car in anywhere as I have small kids and ultimately need to wait and well if you are a parent you’ll know it can be hard. This was my BEST experience getting my car serviced yet! I am honestly impressed with the amount of compassion (I have a toddler who walked around as if he owned the place) and not once did they get upset with me or treat me in a negative way. Charles and Jenny were amazing. I really can’t speak enough on their customer service as it was subpar. I am not sure of the name of the mechanic who did my oil change and tired rotation but I was don’t in less than an hour. I am super grateful and look forward to my next vehicle check up. Thank you guys! Appreciate you all!

We were on a road trip from Ontario, Canada to New York City and we had one of our brake calipers seize. Fortunately we made it to Abeloff GMC, because they were a huge help! The service staff and technician were very friendly and helpful, they made arrangements for a rental vehicle so we could continue on our way. When we picked up our vehicle a few days later, everything was fixed properly and for a fair price!
