I called to schedule service for my car and Autumn was great. She worked with my crazy schedule and got me an appointment quickly. She was very thorough with her questions about what my car needed and even reminded me that my car was due for inspection without me mentioning it!! When I had more questions she transferred me to Tammy, who was also great and helpful.
Came in for a fuel filter change, which proved to be more difficult than typical job. Housing was ceased up and rounded out. Job took much longer than expected and required new housing which had to be delivered, and they only billed me for additional materials.
The process was very easy. Our salesman Marco was top notch! He was very thorough and made sure we knew the vehicle top to bottom and felt comfortable before leaving the lot.
