I recently purchased a used vehicle from GMC of Mansfield after traveling from out-of-state. Blake and Mark were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. I mostly communicated with Blake via email and over the phone during the week leading up to the day of purchase. From the beginning, he was very honest, accommodating, and down-to-earth which was very refreshing, especially compared to the expectations I had going into the vehicle buying process and other dealership experiences I've had. Blake and Mark prepared as much of the paperwork in advance of my travels to ensure the process was as quick and streamlined as possible. They took what could have been an overwhelming process and made it very easy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle! I wish they were my local dealership so I could work with them more in the future.

I just purchased my GMC Yukon and Blake made my experience so easy! I was worried because I live in Pennsylvania that it would be a difficult process. Blake made the whole process seamless and was so extremely helpful!! Great service!

I bought the newly designed Buick Envista, from Joyce Buick in Mansfield, OH. I first saw it online and I liked the look of it, then I went to the car lot to see it in person and I LOVED the look of it. Trey Cary was my salesman…his personality, his honesty (cause I’m just leery of car salesmen, with good reason), and his knowledge of the whole process was impressive. The process did not take long, I was comfortable and very at ease, everyone in that place treated me so nice. The best experience I’ve had in buying a car ever.
