In my opinion, the best sales process is talking to a specialist about your needs, expressing your concerns, and having that specialist directing you to the best product to fit your needs. My fiance and I went in knowing the exact truck we wanted. We did all the research, and even went to the dealership to look at the truck the Sunday before we bought it. Our needs from our sales rep was finding the best financing, creating the best warranty package, and doing everything possible to match the deal we received from another dealership. Our sales rep was kind, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. She listened well, she went above and beyond to get answers for us, and encouraged the process to be quick and efficient. Our financing man was patient, thorough, and was really good at pulling products apart and then stitiching products back together, creating specialty packages that were just right for us. I’ve purchased multiple cars in my life, and Murdock and the staff were fantastic all around… the entire process took us 3 hours from beginning to end. We got a great truck, with great financing terms, full of warranties and coverage, all within the monthly payments we needed. For as long as my family and I are in Utah, we will never buy a car from another dealership.

Just bought a 2023 Tesla model Y from these guys a couple weeks ago. I saw the ad on Carfax and inquired about it, and Carol got back to me immediately.
