2026 GMC Terrain AT4 AWD

I had Brian and Tripp Hayes to assist me in my car buying experience. Everything was done via phone and everything was very easy. Paperwork, approval and seeing pictures of my car for the first time was amazing. (Got the exact car I was wanting & Brian had no idea lol). I thought I would never be able to afford an SUV and they made it happen where it was affordable for me. There was a problem with my heating system and Brian and Tripp got it taken care of asap. As for the service part for the repair my review would be to use your own chosen auto repair shop. It's been almost 2 months now and I'm loving the ride I'm in. Thank you so much Brian and Tripp!

Great experience, I ordered a truck, I received weekly updates of the build process. Melanie Brockway is great. She explained everything and was very helpful. Yes, I will go back to her in the future.

My sales rep Tripp Hayes and manager Jason were so amazing. They truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve never leased a vehicle in the past, so being my first time they went above and getting to fit my needs. I felt bad that I kept changing things so suddenly but there seemed that they did not mind and catered to my situation. I am truly blessed that we found literally the 2 greatest sales guys I’ve ever dealt with. I am in the sales business and deal with people all day and am aware of people that are annoyed and short. They were not that. I have recommended them to friends already. They have a customer for life. I was always sold on Ford but after talking with them and closing a deal I’ll buy wherever they are at.
