2026 GMC Terrain

I contacted Borjon, based on a family recomendation, following an exhaustive local and internet search for an interior panel for my family's 2013 GMC Yukon (which I purchased, used, through Borjon in 2014). Due to "supply chain issues," the part was universally unavailable through OEM and aftermarket retailers. The Borjon crew and parts department kept me informed of the status and relayed information from General Motors regarding the part. The service I received exceeded my expectations of a local dealership or autoparts supplier and they are 350 miles from my home. The part was literally on my doorstep 28 hours from the time Borjon confirmed my order and said, "we'll ship it out today."

The folks at Borjon navigated me through a 2022 purchase of my new 1500 which ended up being a drawn out process due to the supply chain issues at the time. The team was very patient with my incessant questions throughout and were very professional. The purchase process was smooth and despite a couple issues originating from the factory (that have since been resolved by Borjon’s service team) my truck has been great.
