Joe Hoffman is a very kind person who not only fixed the needs of my engine, but gave me a reasonable rate! He requested a “Goodwill” from Hyundai even after I passed the 100k mile threshold for the warranty. The goodwill program covered 60% of my service and I left a very happy camper. Joe is someone who is more dedicated to taking care of his people than he is of money. We need more of That in this world and I am happy that my car feels safer to drive!:)

The dealer really made.a.great effort to sell my husband his car. He didn't pressure him or upsell. He just listened to him let him test drive and we drove away in a new truck! Great experience!

Update: about a week after posting this the plate bracket showed up in the mail. While frusutrating, they did make it right so i'm adjusting to 4 stars., We found a used car we were happy with on a weekend and returned to purchase it the following week (needed time to get a cashiers check as banks were closed). Sale went smoothly, but when the salesman went out to put on the plates there was no front bracket on the car. While an annoyance, the salesman understood that we didn't want him to just drill holes in the bumper, but as the service department was closed for the day he offered to mail a bracket for it the following day since we lived two hours away. After a week or so, my husband called and they said they would get it out that day, called again a short time later, same story. Four months later and still nothing. I understand in the grand scheme of things this is not a huge deal, but it made it clear to me that once they have your money, they do not care, regardless of their promises. Further, I'm not sure how they managed to pass the inspection on the car- I assume their service department inspected it and I believe a front plate is a requirement for NYS inspection, so I guess they don't pay much attention to their inspections or aren't honest about them either. This would have me worried that they wouldn't catch more important issues if I was servicing my car there or purchasing a car there that they said passed inspection. If they are missing something so obvious and easy to fix, what else are they missing/hiding? Wouldn't work with them again.
