2026 GMC Terrain AT4 AWD

We are so happy with the service we received from Johnson Motors. From the minute I called and spoke to Beth and the service department it had a small town feel that is hard to find these days. We came in because we were having issues with our truck over vacation and Cale and the red head took great care to help us in any way they could. Total different feel and atmosphere from the dealer in Madison where we purchased the truck originally. Long story short we ended up leaving in a new (used) truck. I highly recommend Gunner and the team at Johnson and we will DEFINITELY be back when we are in the market for another vehicle.

Had my vehicle in for routine maintenance. While in the waiting room a sales rep, Mark Olson, asked me how it was going. I let him know I had some questions/issues on my soon to be 2 year old vehicle. Mark asked that I come and see him when my vehicle was finished. Mark spent close to an hour with me going over many of the questions/electronic issues that I was had been dealing with since I had purchased the vehicle. Mark was able to resolve most of the issues I had by taking the time to configure things that I didn't know how to do and that nobody else at the other 2 dealerships I had been to would even look at. Thank you Mark!! We will definitely be looking for you when it's time for our next new vehicle.
