I had a very positive and pleasant experience at Van Buren, especially compared to other dealerships I’ve done transactions at in the past. There was no pressure, no nonsense and I had a very straightforward, friendly and comfortable rapport with Kevin, my sales representative. Kevin was excellent, he is knowledgeable, personable and very accessible. He met me at my convenience to test drive trucks, offered me options at various price points and didn’t pressure me into anything. Brian, the business manager is very friendly and again, no pressure, no games. He recommended some different warranty options for us, considering we keep vehicles for a long time. I thought that Brian got us exactly what we needed at a fair price. Ken, the sales manager was also very friendly and a genuinely good guy. I’d absolutely do business here again, I’d recommend the dealership to anyone and they really should be used as a model on how to do business in the car and truck industry.

My salesman, Kevin Miller assisted me from the moment I reached out. The car was not yet on the lot however he kept me informed and let me know all of the documents I would need so that I was prepared. When picking up my car he spent the time explaining all of the functions the vehicle had. He then followed up afterwards to see he I had any questions after driving the car for a few days. The finance employee was super helpful without feeling pushy- he was a pleasure to work with as well.
