2026 GMC Terrain Denali AWD

I just had to share the lovely experience I had here. My sister and I borrowed a car to go on a trip today, and its battery died near this dealership. I figured I'd try my luck and see if anyone had any suggestions or was able to help us, and walked there. The sales associate working in the front, whose name I believe was either Jason or Josh, immediately jumped up to help us, and went out of his way to walk back with us and successfully jumped our battery so that we could get back home. If you're looking for great customer service, PLEASE stop by here, because they will go above and beyond for people who aren't even their customers! Thank you to the cool guy with the cool beard!

I had a clicking noise coming from my engine when I brought my truck in. I suspected it was the lifters, and they were able to diagnose and confirm the issue. However, to their misfortune, the warranty company took an eternity to approve the repair. I had no idea that when you buy a CPO from Hertrich, it’s not through Chevrolet but through a third-party company. “Lesson learned.” Once the repair was approved, Lewis was able to get me in touch with Enterprise to schedule a rental while my truck was being worked on. Considering he was new there, he was much better than the last service writer I dealt with; she was terrible. Lewis communicated with me throughout the entire process and treated me with respect.

I came in for warranty work on my vehicle and Angela in the service department was very professional and made me feel like a valued customer. I dropped off the vehicle, and she contacted me when it was completed. When I picked it up, she was very friendly and wished me and my family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! She made this a pleasant experience and was a great customer experience. Thanks Angela!
