I have to admit that, at first, I had a negative opinion about the Bossier City Buick service department, but now, thanks to Anthony and Adam, I feel the complete opposite! THANKS GUYS!!! ????
The service team was very professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and fixed what I asked and informed me of other problems but we're not pushy about them like I have had dealing with issues at other dealerships...very wonderful experience.. reasonable wait time...I lucked out.
