We had the best sales experience with Giovanni Garcia, everything from the beginning to end was very easy and definitely carried in a positive professional way. We ended up making the drive from was Washington State to Idaho falls and it was a fast and easy transition with no hassle at all. I had come into Wackerli Auto Center just looking at cars without planning to buy one for about 6 months. I was met by Giovanni who was very informative, kind, and not pushy. He was helpful and even let me take the 2022 GMC Terrain I was looking at for a test drive even though he knew he wouldn't make a sale that day. Wackerli's lot was full of new, nice cars that usually had a good price. I decided I couldn't pass up such a great deal and messaged Giovanni after hours asking questions and telling him I wanted to buy it. He was helpful and flexible with my schedule and even had it detailed for me. I have had my car for two months and I have had no issues and have enjoyed some of the free trials the car came with. Giovanni has reached out checking to make sure everything is going well and he has never been pushy like your "typical cars salesman". Emergency towing was fast and efficient without price gouging. The diagnostics and repair were complex, and they seemed to give special attention to doing it right. The engine has been running smoothly since and hasn't stalled again...yet. The staff was courteous and respectful.
