I was met promptly upon arrival by Elvis Perez. He was welcoming and engaging. He processed me in quickly which facilitated my vehicle being worked on in a timely manner. Mr Perez was very respectful and professional. In today’s times, one does not expect this type of service. It’s usually cold and quite impersonal. This was refreshing to see and experience. This is what service used to be like back in the day, so I was taken aback when I experienced the service I got this day. With Mr Perez, Chapman got it right!! Well done.
