Excellent experience. I was informed that it would be at least an hour to evaluate the required work. Rich let me know what was required to fix the problems, how long it would take and how much it would cost. The repairs were done in the time estimated and a little under the estimated cost.

Came in for routine service. Oil change and safety check. Check in process was quick. Explanation of service to be performed as well as other services that were available based upon mileage of vehicle. Service was completed in a timely manner and done well. All things that I have come expect from Porter dealerships as well as the service writer Justin.
