Valente was very helpful and patient, considering that I was just looking around last weekend for a new truck after my 2022 LT Trail Boss was totaled out last week. We came back to Valente 3 times after scouting all over the area, going to different dealerships looking for another 3.01 Duramax. He didn't push us into anything considering the time of grief I was in over my Trail Boss. Sale rep was amazing. Manager was good too. Finance person was amazing as well. The whole process was a bit long at times but overall well worth it since I drove home a brand new 2024 pickup truck.
