2026 Chevrolet Equinox AWD RS 1.5T

Sad to say this service department looks like it's gone downhill. First off, no one answers the phone. That is a bad sign. Several times the phone just disconnected. Last time I took my vehicle here that messed up the service pretty bad regarding my transmission and I had to bring it back for them to remedy their mistake. It's a Escalade, one of Cadillac's premier vehicles, and they still didn't give it the attention it deserved. Looks like I have to go to dealership further away which is a terrible inconvenience. I hope the owner and service manager read this. UPDATED. victory has really stepped up their game after some missteps and I am now a huge fan of the dealership. Things happen but it takes a great business to repair the relationship. I recommend them!
